The home is a wood frame house, with cedar exterior and cedar interior. It is two bedrooms and two baths, also with a loft above the kitchen that sleeps an additional four adults or children. Our family has owned the house since time of construction, so please feel to ask any questions you may have. The house is waterfront, on a canal, and has a dock that measures 75 feet in length. From the dock, the ocean is a 5 minute boat ride out the canal and the bay is a 10 minute boat ride. Most of the property is spread pea rock, and can park numerous vehicles. There is also parking for 3-6 vehicles underneath the house.
