I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1st or sooner!! This is 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bed / 2 bath house. This bedroom is the largest in the house, easily fits a queen bed, and has a walk-in closet! There's ample on-street parking, and the living space is shared between 2 girls (one early 30s, one mid-20s). There's an extra room for an office / desk, and laundry is on-site. The total house is approximately 1500 square ft. Plenty of street parking available. The general vibe of the house is everyone is pretty clean, quiet, and extremely friendly. I've absolutely loved living here for the last year, but I'm moving to be closer to work. My lease for this room ends on August 31st, but there's the option to renew for another year because the other girls are interested in staying. I can plan to leave behind my bed, bedframe, dresser, and desk if there's interest! No pets. Utilities are not included, but here's the general break-down: Internet ($30 / month), electricity ($30-40 / month), gas ($30-$60 / month). This is a lease take-over. The lease will last until August 31st, with the opportunity to renew. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnishes.
