There is an application fee of $42 that includes criminal and background checks. If approved, fee will be deducted from first month's rent if lease is signed. Unit available June 1, 2024, possibly sooner. First month's rent plus one and a half month security due upon signing. Requirements: Healthy credit history and resident score which is done by the screening company. Clean background check. Employed for over 6 months and no bankruptcies in the last 5 years.
