The end of the living room has been extended out into a virtual jungle. The other side of the living room opens onto a screened terrace with a seating area and potted plants. The master bedroom has tall ceilings, a good size walk in closet and sliding glass windows at the end of the room which looks out onto the trees. It has two other bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and a new garage was installed in 2019. This Treehouse is around the corner from a nature trail which goes down to a gazebo on the water. The Landings is a gated community located on Roberts Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway with nature trails, a kayak launch and the gazebo/fishing pier. There is an optional membership to the Landings Racquet club which features 8 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a fitness center and a large heated pool and spa.
