Along the way, you'll pass Elings Park, (the largest private park in California) and next to the beach is the Douglas Family Preserve, a stunning off-leash dog park with breathtaking views. In the other direction, less than a mile away, you'll discover one of the best Chinese restaurants in town and quick access to the 101 freeway. A popular golf course is just over the highway, and downtown Santa Barbara is within a 10-minute drive making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. this is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. I live alone in the primary which was converted to a studio with it's own entrance. We only share driveway and laundry/garage. I'm here if you need help with anything and otherwise stay out of your way and give you your privacy. this is minimum THREE MONTH LEASE (Zillow does not offer 3 months as a choice) which, if wanting to extend, will convert to a month to month.
