This is a multi-family ranch property, which means there are other Tenants who live on the property to include the landlord. The new Tenants will be respectful of others, not be disruptive, and follow all property rules so everyone can enjoy the property and its surroundings. New Tenants will be capable and self sufficient, meaning the ability to fix and take care of problems or to coordinate repairs by handymen or local services if they arise, this is because the landlord travels and could be away from the property for extended period of times. Landlord lives on the property, which means you are under a watchful eye, but maintains privacy for everyone living here. Landlord will enforce all rules if they are broken and will not tolerate passive aggressive people living here. A friendly working relationship between landlord and other Tenants is a requirement.
