Welcome to our beautifully decorated condo located in the Bellamar complex within the Beachwalk community. Located in south Fort Myers, minutes away from Bunche Beach, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit has everything you need for an extended stay and is ready for your arrival! Fort Myers has something for everyone to do. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Southwest Florida by visiting the beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. Become a local and enjoy the award-winning restaurants/bars. Come enjoy the sun and of course, have some fun! The master has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and the last bedroom has two twins. This unit allows max occupancy of 6 guests. There is a full kitchen, private screened patio and a washer/dryer set in the unit. Linens also included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of beach towels you can take to the beach. The Bellamar complex does have an onsite pool located at the clubhouse. Access to the pool is made easy by crossing the lovely footbridge over the lake! This complex is quiet and makes a great home away from home. This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit. This property is restricted to monthly rentals. This condo association requires a Guest Application with a $100 fee. Application fee is non-refundable. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach.
