It has 3 split unit AC throughout the house with multiple ceiling fans to keep the house cool on the super hot days, but on average Kailua days, a few windows open will keep the house a nice and cool 72-78 degrees. All the important kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher are included. Washer/Dryer within in the unit. Beds, dinner table, and shelving can be furnished per request but will have an additional cost. Driveway and street parking, easily fit 3 to 4 cars. Our apologies, the garage cannot be used for anything. The deck is open and has a great view of the mountain. The backyard has many fruit trees with a gazebo to gaze at nature. Overall, it's a very nice and quiet place to stay. Outside gardening/landscaping will be the renter's responsibility; however, the owner will be responsible for outside termite control.
