I have a 2 bedroom that will be available on December 3, 2021. I'm looking for 2 people to occupy this beautiful two bedroom apartment no more than 2 occupants. No utilities included. Background check, credit check and work pay stubs request for whomever is renting. NO PETS first bedroom is 160 square feet 2nd bedroom is 140 square feet tenant for privacy reasons I don't have photos of the bedrooms and bathroom. The owner and tenant will sign a month to month rental agreement with monthly inspections until trust is built.
