Application Fee: $64.50 per adult (18+), non-refundable, as permitted under California law.
To apply: All prospects are required to pay the application fee in advance before the application will be processed.
Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash, cashier's check, or bank-guaranteed check are acceptable forms of payment.
Cash payments are accepted only to allow immediate clearance of funds and to expedite processing.

Use of any building electrical outlets including in common areas for charging vehicles, scooters, or other devices is strictly prohibited.
Tenants must arrange off-site charging at their own expense.
Any installation of individual metered EV charging equipment must comply with applicable California laws and building codes and must receive prior written approval or disapproval from the landlord.
If approved, all installation, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and related expenses shall be fully paid for and performed solely by the tenant, at the tenant's expense, using a licensed and bonded electrical contractor.
The tenant is fully responsible for all related charges and liabilities.
Upon termination of tenancy, any installed EV charging equipment shall be deemed a fixture and become the property of the landlord, unless the landlord specifically authorizes removal in writing.
Violations will result in fines and lease enforcement action.
