Both bedrooms have queen beds. The second full bath (Shower/tub) is next to the second bedroom. There is also a loft with a queen bed via a spiral staircase. All rooms have beautiful views of the lake. There is a small lanai off the kitchen and a larger lanai off the living and master bedroom. The larger lanai has a small table with 3 chairs and other patio seating for 4. The main living area consists of a kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has a washer and dryer, a microwave, range, dishwasher, double sink, refrigerator/freezer plus granite counter tops. Unit has access to covered parking. This unit is pet friendly but the pet must be under 30 pounds. The pet deposit is refundable if there is no damage upon inspection. The price is $2500 per month plus utilities. Minimum 3 months required, available from December through April. The only utility you would pay is electric which during winter is less than $100 per month. Additional fees if you request would be the cable TV service which is a little over $100 per month and internet which is also about $150 per month.
