Residential Lease Terms Parties Involved: Rent: Payments must be made via autopay Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and in good condition. The landlord will be responsible for major repairs and any maintenance of systems, including HVAC (cleaning filters will be done by tenant), plumbing, and appliances, except when caused by tenant negligence.
