Couch and oversized chair in living room also. Small Smart TV. Close to town within walking distance to shops, eating and the Surprise Valley hospital and clinic. NOTE: I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF INQUIRIES, UNLESS YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, I WILL NOT PROVIDE A TOUR....I NEED TO KNOW DETAILS OF APPLICANT BEFORE I RENT TO ANYONE! This is a month-to-month rental. Owner pays water, renter pays electric and propane for heat. There are cadet wall heaters in each bedroom, living room has fireplace that is heated with propane and on a wall thermostat for control.
