Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Eastlake neighborhood. My roommate will be moving out at the end of April and I will be staying, and I am looking for another roommate to join me! Rent is $1325/month per person ($2650 all together), not including utilities. Utilities vary, between $15/month per person in the summers, and $60/month per person in the winters. Lease start date is April 25th, but I'm flexible on move-in date. About the condo: You will have your own bedroom with attached full bathroom, and extra large closet. We share the living area, kitchen with dishwasher and pantry, laundry room with washer/dryer, and storage closet/room (there's lots of storage space). The shared common spaces are furnished. The apartment has bamboo floors, new appliances, a spacious balcony with a view of the water and Eastlake Ave, and large, west-facing windows. The condo is on the second floor (which is actually the the third/fourth floor due to the parking garage below) and there are both stairs and an elevator. The condo building does not have a gym, but there are a quite a few gyms and studios in the neighborhood. There is one parking garage spot included with the lease, we can take turns parking there each month, or work something out with the rent if you do not have a car/are not interested in it. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area that does not require a permit. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and I feel very safe at all times of day. The condo is close to Grand Central Bakery, Starbucks, super convenient, with easy access to I-5 and South Lake Union Campus. There is a bus stop across the street, it is easy to bike as well, and it is about 10-15 minutes driving from anywhere you would like to go in the city. About me: I'm a female in residency at the University of Washington, and I work at UW Medical Center and affiliated hospitals. I don't have any pets. I like hanging out with friends, traveling, eating (restaurants, cooking, delivery, you name it), and playing sports. Roommate gender isn't important to me, looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who does not smoke cigarettes.
