Please note the unit's bathroom is located just outside the unit's front door - think hostel style living, but you don't actually share the restroom. If you'd like to give it a spruce, I could happily provide the materials and design approval. Additionally, we are open to dropping the rent to $300 in exchange for property management of the 8 unit small Victorian style home building. Heat and electricity is covered by landlord.
