I have this wonderful manufactured home for rent. It is on 5 acres. I also have a home on the same property. This home that is for rent is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. It does have central heat. It also has a washer and dryer hook up. I have upgraded most of the windows in the house to double pane energy efficiency windows. I am located in the country side of Azle near Cliff Manor & Silver Creek Azle. Close to Highway 199, Highway 730 5 minutes to down town Azle & Eagle Mountain Lake 10 minutes to Lake Worth & Spring Town 15 minutes to Fort Worth & Willow Park 25 minutes to Weatherford The rent is 1200, and we collect first and last month for a security deposit. We do rent month to month (as long as you give me at least a 60 day notice when you plan to move out). Water is included. I do have High Speed Internet that can be hooked up to the mobile home but you will need to help me with the bills & extra fee's required to get the extra equipment needed. This is not required but would be helpful. Internet is 80 a month if you could pay half on the Internet you can have internet for only 40.00 extra a month. There are only 3 requirements: 1. Pay your rent on time............ nobody wants to have irresponsible renters. 2. Please have a positive attitude................ because nobody wants to live around negative. 3. Please take responsibility for your personal messes because I will charge you extra to have someone clean up your mess. Looking for a family that is not larger that 3 people total.
