The prospective tenant will be notified of any rent changes ~10/15/22 from Line28 and will be given the opportunity to renew the lease at this time for 6 or 12 months. Line28 is located in the desirable area of LoHi in Denver, CO at the corner of 16th and Boulder, just across the river from LoDo and Downtown Denver.
