A refundable $250 security deposit is required for standard stays, or $150 for stays under 30 days. Pet Policy: Outdoor pets are welcome with access to the fenced backyard (pet rent: $25 $50 per pet, per month). Indoor small pets (fish, guinea pigs, reptiles, or birds) may be approved with prior notice (pet rent: $10 $20 per pet, per month). Indoor cats and dogs are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome with documentation. Renters are liable for pet damage, deductible from the security deposit pending inspection. Smoking/Vaping: Permitted outdoors only in designated areas (e.g., patio or backyard). Utilize storage, towels, and cleaning supplies; clean up spills and restock as needed. Report issues immediately professional maintenance is regular. Misuse/damage may affect the security deposit. Parking & Maintenance: Free street and driveway parking available. The home, shared areas, and hot tub cabin are professionally maintained.
