Rent is $1,550 per month, covering all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, and major streaming services. A refundable $250 security deposit is required for standard stays, or $150 for stays under 30 days. Pet Policy: Outdoor pets are welcome with access to the fenced backyard (pet rent: $25 $50 per pet, per month). Indoor small pets (fish, guinea pigs, reptiles, or birds) may be approved with prior notice (pet rent: $10 $20 per pet, per month). Indoor cats and dogs are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome with documentation. Renters are liable for pet damage, deductible from the security deposit pending inspection. Smoking/Vaping: Permitted outdoors only in designated areas (e.g., patio or backyard). Tenants must dispose of cigarette butts, ashes, or waste properly in outdoor bins and not leave materials on the ground, patio, or near entrances. After use, turn off jets, secure front and back doors, and seal the lid tightly with no cracks or gaps. Use heat and ceiling fan responsibly; turn off after use and keep windows closed. Utilize storage, towels, and cleaning supplies; clean up spills and restock as needed. Report issues immediately professional maintenance is regular. Misuse/damage may affect the security deposit. Parking & Maintenance: Free street and driveway parking available. The home, shared areas, and hot tub cabin are professionally maintained.
