There is also patio with a table and plants in the backyard that can be enjoyed in the free time. There are two full size refrigerators so there is no problem with food storage. Kitchen is of reasonable size with a nice view to the backyard. All the utensils and pots and plates are available. The grocery stores and Costco are 5 minutes drive from home and Sprouts Farmers Market is a walking distance. Location is very safe and many people walk their pets even in the night. There are beautiful old pine trees on the streets and lots of green grass. I have two loving dogs that assure extra safety in the house if one would be concerned. Neighborhood is friendly and everybody knows their neighbors. A part of Bernardo Heights Community Center which includes swimming pool, tennis courts, community gym. No partying, drugs, pets, alcohol and smoking allowed. Owner pays water and trash, and half of the utilities, the other half of the electric and gas pays the tenant. WIFI available.
