In 2008 we completed a detached oversized Garage addition complete with 2 Bedrooms, A nice size kids playroom and a generous bath with a large corner shower. At the time we also installed new stamped concrete walks in both the front and rear of the house. They look fantastic. Garage is a car lovers dream. 28' wide x 26'4" deep. 11 ft+ ceilings. Also has existing 16' x 24' detached garage/workshop complete with electricity and A/C. in 2010 replaced all windows with energy efficient windows. In 2012 Paved the full driveway. and replaced front door with energy efficient door. In 2013 painted full interior all wood trim was painted white and we replaced great room carpet. The 12'x16' sunroom attaches to the great room of the house and exits to the lighted 12'x26' deck. In 2022 we had a 22KW generator installed that powers all of the important Items in the 2 story house and a few circuits in the garage which allow for a refrigerator, the garage doors, and some other essentials to retain power. Neighborhood Description As mentioned above in this type of country living, traditional neighbors can be difficult to find quickly. Nightly walks have introduced us to many neighbors that live within 1/2 mile of our house. The folks we have met are extremely good people who for the most part like to have the "Tool swapping or project labor trading. At a recent birthday our neighbors came over unsolicited and brought over tents, chairs, etc. and helped set them up! It was a big help.
