We have a room available in our 5-bedroom, 2-bath home in Lakewood starting Nov 1st. The room is located upstairs on the main floor, where you'll share the space with just two other friendly, clean, and respectful tenants. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood and close to several parks. Rent is $675 per month, with a flat $90 monthly fee that covers all utilities, high-speed internet, and trash/recycling. We're looking for a long-term renter, preferably someone who can commit to a 12-month lease, but we can be flexible with dates and timing. The home has been recently renovated, featuring an updated kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining area, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. You'll share the bathroom and kitchen with two male roommates in their late 20s/early 30s, both of whom are easygoing, friendly and very tidy. The two tenants downstairs have their own bathroom, kitchen, and washer/dryer, along with three friendly dogs (two medium-sized and one small). The backyard and garage is shared with everyone in the house. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. Parking is easy, with two driveway spots available and plenty of street parking. The location is just a short walk to Green Gables Park and Kendrick Lake Park, and only 2 miles from the Belmar shopping center, which has Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional $25/month pet rent after completing the pet application. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats due to allergies.
