PRIVATE ROOM for Rent I am selling my contract for June and July for a private room in a house in Pleasant Grove. The room has a private bathroom. The price is as follows before utilities each month: The following furniture is included with the room: - A full king sized bed - A large table/desk (pictured by large windows) - A large, dark brown bookshelf/dresser - A rolling desk chair The room features a walk-in closet with built-in shelfs and dressers, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a massive window view that overlooks Utah Lake. There is a roommate currently living in the upstairs northwest bedroom and two roommates living in the basement. The house and landlords are queer-affirming. Priority will go first to individuals who can take either room before the end of May 2025, and then to individuals who can move in before the end of June 2025. There is an option to renew the lease at the end of July, and pricing could change depending on individuals who move out, move in, or remain. A portion of the deposit could be covered by the current renter's deposit, but it is still recommended to have a deposit. Tours are available from the current renter Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at any time, Wednesday and Friday before 3:30 PM, and weekends if needed on a 1on1 basis. Tours can be performed short notice, but requests for a tour should have at least 24 hrs notice. The garage is currently used to house landlord's belongings, but there will be available space to tenants to store some of their belongings. In order to abide Pleasant Grove City law, tenants enter a joint contract lease with all other tenants. The contract being sold is currently $750 for a private room and bath for the months of June and July. Prices may vary should the tenants decide to renew and will be negotiated and decided with the property owners and other tenants. If a new tenant moves in after June 1, they will have June's rent covered and will only have to cover the deposit.
