It is 8 minutes from the freeway. 7 miles from Silverdale and 12 miles from Bremerton. There is 2/3 of an acre shared with property owner who lives on site. There is no smoking allowed on the property. We prefer no pets. But , we are willing to negotiate depending in the animal . Water , septic and garbage removal is included in the rent . There is an attached carport , tile floors , area rugs , electric heat provided by a fireplace or space heaters . Power is paid by renter and determined by the landlord.
