The room configuration includes a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom in the first bedroom and a queen bed with a hallway bathroom in the second bedroom. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' advanced notice. Pets are welcome with approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. There is one designated parking spot per unit. Located near popular attractions such as Balboa Park, Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo, Spanish Village Art Center, Little Italy, San Diego Seaworld, Gaslamp Quarters, Waterfront Park, Mission Brewery, Omnia Nightclub, The Morning After, Lucha Libre Taco Shop, Biga, Coronado Golf Course, and La Jolla Cove (30-minute drive). This smoke-free property has a strict noise ordinance policy, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Any amplified sound that can be heard within 50 feet is prohibited. Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines up to $10,000. The driveway may be difficult for low-graded vehicles to park, and there is limited street parking. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. There may be partial obstruction of your view from neighbors' trees. We do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
