This is a 1st-floor family-friendly 3-4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large living room window and a beautiful kitchen skylight with access to a beautiful 1500 sq ft rooftop deck with a fire pit / BBQ grill and a children's playset. The 1st bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin trundle bed (comfortable memory foam mattresses), table, chair & large smart Roku TV, and an en suite bathroom with a Japanese-style high-tech bidet toilet and a stand-in shower with a spa showerhead. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (with a comfortable memory foam mattress), table, chair, and adjunct to a bathroom. The 3rd room can be used as a family room or 3rd bedroom with a sofa (can be converted to a queen-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress topper) & large smart Roku TV and adjunct to a bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a Japanese-style high-tech bidet toilet and a bathtub/shower combo with a spa showerhead. The family room has a sofa (which can be converted to a twin-size bed) & a smart Roku TV (a memory foam mattress topper and a privacy curtain), and a dining table & chairs. The guest home has a full kitchen with a beautiful skylight.
