Pet rent of $50/pet and additional deposit will apply. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality. The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $35/pet, and must be renewed annually. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality. (No pit bulls, ASTs, dobermans, German shepherds, or other aggressive breeds). Renter's Insurance is required.
