The home has a nice stone walkway and two patios to enjoy the Tahoe life. The homes sits on a triple lot which creates privacy as it is surrounded by lovely native trees and plants. There are 3 driveway entrances: the rear entry is plowed for winter use; it and both front entrances can be used for non-winter guests. The VERY best thing about this home is its location just a block from the Tahoe Park private beach that features two piers, multiple picnic areas, beaches and BBQs.
