The property is available for month to month rental with a 30 days of moving out notice. The property is fully renovated. The property is scheduled to be lifted, and we're currently waiting for the City of St. Petersburg to approve the permit. We've been waiting since February, but the permit could be approved at any time. That's why we can only offer month-to-month rentals. Once the permit is approved, we'll have 30 days before the construction company begins the lifting process. To move in we require the first month rent ($2100)+ security deposit ($3000). Application fee is $55 per person and is refundable if the applicants signs the lease, includes a credit and a background check. Tenants are responsible for all the utilities.
