We have a roof extended over part of our new deck. The roof comes off the house roof and continues with a 7/12 pitch and has a hip roof at the end. The deck is 16 x 28. We have led can lights and a ceiling fan in the porch area as well.We also added a finished laundry room in the garage to help it stay warm and cool doing laundry, also setup electric for the extra refrigerator . The room works out great keeping the appliances and water heater in climate control. We also installed a very high quality Luxury Vinyl Planking throughout the entire house with no transition pieces anyway , it just flows through and we installed all new 5 inch base Moulding... I installed a new 16 foot garage door wich one panel has widows and I am in the process of spraying frost on the windows to let in light and not be able to see in them. Plus I insulated the door. I did run a seperate electric outlet for running an ac unit in the window plus insulated the ceiling.
