Lease Term: This Lease shall begin on January 15, 2026, and shall end on January 14, 2027 ("Lease Term"). The Lease Term is for a fixed one-year period and will not automatically renew. If the Tenant wishes to continue occupying the property after the Lease Term expires, the Tenant must notify the Landlord at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. Any extension or renewal must be agreed to in writing and signed by both Landlord and Tenant. If no new lease is signed and the Landlord agrees to continued occupancy, the tenancy will convert to a month-to-month tenancy under the same terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate a month-to-month tenancy with 30 days written notice. Early termination by Tenant is not permitted unless required by law or agreed to in writing by the Landlord. The Tenant remains responsible for rent for the full Lease Term unless otherwise stated.
