We live in Tennessee so you do not have to live in Florida or make frequent trips to check on things with the properties unless want too. Only trips you need to make are for personal use whenever you would like to go and if both are purchased you can take large groups just as would a large beach house. -The units rent and do so well because they have an incredible location along with a view and management team. The location is ideal for any family because you never have to step foot in a car while there. This is the closest resort in Panama to Pier Park ( the main attraction of Panama City Beach ) which allows you to walk to dinning, shopping and entertainment after a great day of hanging out on the beach or poolside that also has an onsite Tiki Bar for any kind of adult or kid beverages. The views are another story that can be best described in person. You can literally see the Destin Skyline as shown in one pic that is 50 miles away while watching one of the most breath taking sunsets there is in Florida and the best part is there is absolutely nothing to obstruct the view and never will be since the city owns the land beside the resort. We completely gutted both units and replaced everything from the furniture, to appliances, paint, electronics and even utensils and donated everything inside to charity so everything is newer and modern with beach theme colors. -I will probably regret selling these because the likelihood of some more West Tower Corner Units ever making it to market again is slim to none as there are only 22 and they are such high demand that most are sold without ever going to market and some have never even been listed since purchased new if that tells you the desire for them. Even if both are financed at 100% you still would make money after mortgage, insurance, HOA and management is paid out so you CANNOT loose on this investment and will return more money than any CD or Money Market Account around and best part is you can make use your investment for leisure in between stays. Not really any other investments out there that you can use for leisure and make money on at the same time.
