My husband and I going to be moving so we are selling our cute 1-bedroom apartment. It has a spacious living room, massive bathroom, and plenty of storage space inside and outside. There is also an attached balcony with a tree in front of it for shade and privacy. Before move in, each apartment is scrubbed clean and the carpets are professionally cleaned. Amenities include: Covered parking spot Media package (Wi-Fi, Roku stick, cable TV, all included with the rent) Appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) Washer and dryer hookups We are also more than happy to leave our sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and end tables if you are needing some furniture The apartments are pet-friendly for both cats and dogs, and there is a pet park and plenty of room to walk around the complex. The complex also has washer/dryer units, vending machines, a coffee lounge, gym, and swimming pool. The apartment complex is in a great central location; with USU campus, Intermountain Hospital, Walmart, Logan Mall, Megaplex Theater, and many restaurants and other shopping areas within a 3-10 minute drive. When applying, there is a $40 application fee and a $600 deposit (we are willing to reimburse $300 once we are able to confirm that the contract is signed, and deposit paid) to get the apartment. The apartment staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If there are any issues, they get them quickly resolved and we never had any problems with them.
