There is an unfinished part of the basement that also makes for a great work area for the DIYer during the Winter. The views change here every season. The best view is right after it snows as you can see mountain ranges for miles. These views are unique for the neighborhood as the house sits up high at the end of a small ridge surrounded by the Shenandoah River which can be seen cleared during Fall/Winter/Early Spring only. There are three decks on this properly all have been painted recently and are in good shape. There are no HOA restrictions and you can have any animals you want.
