hello! my name is Victoria and I'm looking to find a roommate to share my apartment. I've lived here almost 3 years. hoping to find someone cool! It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Lawndale right near the corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd and Prairie Ave. super close to the 405 fwy. I'm hoping ideally to find someone who would like to stay 10 months, until the end of this year. :) but willing to talk about it. I'm asking $1500/month due on the first of each month for your own room and own bathroom. all utilities included. there is a laundry room on site (no quarters needed it uses an app)! street parking only if you have a car. available street parking in front of the building or on the two close side streets. the spot next to me is very compact - could offer you covered parking if you had a small bike, motorbike/scooter, or motorcycle. I have a balcony where you can chill outside. shared living room and streaming apps on my tv in the living room are yours to use in the shared space. please send a message if interested!
