Laundry sink in tack/feed room and water run to pasture(s). $700 Monthly Rental for 2-stall barn & up to 4 horses. Each additional horse is $100/horse per month. Minimum 3 month rental. Trail around property for riding. Stalls are being refurbished with new screenings and new stall matts. Fencing is a combination of three board and no-climb fencing with a board on top. If rent is not paid in full for term. At a minimum,1st and last months rent + security deposit due prior to occupancy. Water is included in rental.
