No Smoking or Drug Use: Smoking, vaping, and use or possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Guest Policy: Any visitor staying more than one consecutive night must complete a rental application and be approved in writing. Violation will result in $200 per night fee. Gate Access: Tenant may not operate or tamper with the property's fence gate under any circumstances. Main House Access: Entry into the main house is strictly prohibited.
