Oil heat estimated at $45/month average throughout the year depending upon fuel prices, desired temperature in the unit, etc. Water estimated at $16/month. High speed internet available. NO SMOKING in or on the premises. 12-month minimum lease available approx. June 15, 2025. Rental application with references and credit check required, along with 1-month security deposit and non-refundable $40 application fee (pays for formal credit review, etc.). Prior to occupancy, tenant must pay first months rent and 1-month security deposit, plus any other applicable fees.
