What the owner loves about this home
This special home is truly unique in this community. Definitely not the typical “beach bungalow”. I love that when I walk to the beach to watch the sun rise, my coffee is still hot when I get there. I love the sense of community when I go to one of the docks on the river to watch the sun set. Neighbors are often there with their evening beverage and maybe their dog. The street is safe and quiet and friendly, with a mix of young families, retirees and folks who have lived here for a long time. AND even though it is a block back from the beach, if you open the bedroom windows at night you can often hear the surf as you fall asleep.
