It is only 2 blocks from the beautiful Margate beach which of course is home to the boardwalk and close to the action of Atlantic City yet away from the crowd. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with a center island for storage. There is room for parking a car on the side as well as a back patio to store your beach gear and bikes. The apartment is furnished with a sectional sofa, 2 bedrooms with a twin bed in each and a larger bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stall shower and the washer and dryer. It has window air conditioning units and tenants must get their own cable/internet but electric, water, and gas are included. There is a non refundable $40 application fee for each adult and upon approval a $1200 security deposit is due, then at move in before keys are given first and last month's rent is due at that time.
