The building also offers free shuttle services to Malden and Haymarket T station. The price is $1400(The original price is $1500) from May to July and I will pay for the utilities and parking because I want to rent it out quickly. After that, you can renew the lease directly. By then, utilities, parking are not included and the rent price may vary. Also notice, if you want to move in, I need to add your name to my current lease as the occupant.
