My apologies for the photos. They were taken just as the carpets were finished, at night, and the current tenant moved in the very next morning. Leaving me very little time to snap a couple pics. There is a front enclosed entrance and a rear entrance via a spacious deck. The apt is spacious, with a large outdoor patio, living room, pantry, large tub and shower. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are quite large, and the smaller of the 3 has direct access to the outdoor patio and cool (in my opinion) clerestory windows. There is 1 dedicated off-street parking spot. Free parking is widely available in front of the house along the street. No smoking (sorry!) Pets allowed Feel free to text me but please don't call.
