The kitchen has a full-size fridge, stove, and oven, lots of counter and cabinet space, a Private entrance, and off-street parking. For an additional $30.00 per month, you can have a garage space for your vehicle. This apartment includes all your utilities. The owner pays for heat (which is Electric baseboard heat), and water and sewer are included in the rent. Electricity is also included in the rent. The only expense you as a tenant, will pay in addition to rent would be if you want cable TV you would need to get cable or satellite TV and if you need WI Fi you can share in the owners WI FI for an additional $50.00 per month payable with your rent at which time owner would give you the passcode for the owners WI FI. Owner prefers month to month lease. Rent does include all utilities with the exception of cable/satellite TV and WI FI. However, Due to Electric being included in the rent for all electrical use and heat if the owners electric bill exceeds the normal monthly electric rate tenant will be billed for the additional amount. This would only happen if tenant leaves lights on 24 hrs and 7 days a week, or does an enormous amount of cooking and baking. And in the winter if the tenant turns on the electric heat to high and leaves it on high 24/7. If tenant is able to adjust the heat when not home by turning it way down or off and keep it lower during the night this will keep the bill in line and avoid any additional electrical fees.
