A 5-lb dog may be allowed with appropriate vet paperwork, a pet deposit and homeowner's approval. This is a nonsmoking property. City of Coronado requires a 28-29 day rental minimum. A rental agreement will be provided by owner to renters/guests for their signature and must include a deposit to hold rental dates. Arrangements for monthly payment in advance of rental date could be negotiated.
