A 5-lb dog may be allowed with appropriate vet paperwork, a pet deposit and homeowner's approval. This is a nonsmoking property. City of Coronado requires a 28-29 day rental minimum. A rental agreement will be provided by owner to renters/guests for their signature and must include a deposit to hold rental dates. Arrangements for monthly payment in advance of rental date could be negotiated. A required (possibly refundable) DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be determined based on the inspection by the owner and only if the home is left in good, clean condition. Additionally, the number of guests (6 maximum), pet and age of children will be a determining factor regarding the required DEPOSIT. This is a lovely, well maintained, Coronado family home and non-smoking property.
