Ideally, we are looking to rent out our home for 2-3 months this summer. Hardwood floors throughout, 10 foot ceilings with an open floor plan. All rooms are furnished. Our neighborhood is in close proximity to other unique Atlanta neighborhoods, all with their own eclectic restaurants/bars/coffee shops nearby. (and also a brewery!) If you need it, there is also a Kroger (grocery), Target, Best Buy, & Lowes within walking distance. This house is in a residential area, but there are many fun things that you can walk/bike to. This house is convenient to Emory, Midtown, Decatur, Little 5 Points, Georgia State University & downtown Atlanta. The house is a 10 minute walk from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA (subway) station. It is a 10 minute train ride from Downtown Atlanta or Decatur. Ideally, we are looking to rent our home for 2-3 months this summer. House is available June 1- August 31, with some flexibility on those dates.
