Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 fee, lost parking tag ranges from $200$300 based on building rates, smoking inside results in a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine.
