About 1/2 mile to the 14th & Wadsworth light rail and 1/2 a block to a Colfax bus stop. Easy access to Casa Bonita, Mile High Stadium, Downtown Denver, Belmar, Golden and Colorado Mills. Grocery stores, restaurants, parks and rec center located nearby. If you drive by please do not disturb/knock on any of the residents doors. Minimum requirements: 6 months @ your job with verifiable income (tax returns), decent credit and no evictions. If you are interested in the apartment you may fill out a preliminary rental application @ no cost. After approval we will send you a link to Transunion Smartmove which they will do the credit, eviction and criminal background checks. That will cost you $40 so please be confident you will pass so you dont waste your time and more important your money. All tenants 18 and over living in the apartment must meet the same requirements, fill out an application and go through the Transunion Smartmove background check. Sorry but no pets.
