We were lucky enough to be the house's third owner. It has all original flooring, cut glass windows, wainscoting, box beams, and fireplace. We completely gutted and updated the kitchen and bathroom, added radiant floor heat, sanded and sealed the floors, etc. It's beautiful! We spent 8 happy years here, and are now looking for new residents to bring love and care into the space. It has 2 solid bedrooms with good sized closets, and a third bonus room that we used as a kid's play room, a guest room, and a WFH office. The kitchen is AWESOME bright and cheery with a lovely window seat, lots of light, and a big kitchen island.
