There is a one (1) acre woods behind the house for exploring. The side yard is very large, is dirt, and flat. The house was built in 1890, and we work hard to keep everything in great shape. The apartment is mostly furnished - see the photos. The furniture can be moved out if you have your own furniture. The building is a duplex, and the other tenant has a dog.
