Storage shelves in the garage. When A/C is running the average tempature is 74 degrees. Must pass a criminal background check that I will pay. Need proof of availability to pay such as 2 prior paycheck stubs.The deposit is refundable if the room is left in the same condition as it was when it was rented to you, no damages and 30 day notice when you are moving out.
